::I am very unhappy, disappointed and sad. I had an appointment at 11:00, I got at office at 10:50. They made wait more than 45 minutes. At 11:45 I went to the lady in the desk asked her how long I have to wait, she answered me few more minutes, which will make 1 hour. I don't know what is the reason for an appointment if I have to wait for 1 hour/60 minutes. The problem is I took this appointment 4 weeks ago, but not getting it because I have to leave. If the office is busy there are offices that can treat patients better than that. Thanks for the great service!!!?

::I went to Lux Dental Care, Cambridge for filling and I am so happy about the treatment. I extremely recommend the Dr. Andrew Sweeny. He answers your questions extremely in a polite way and he makes you feel comfortable during all treatment process. He is very good at his job.

::The staff at Luxe Dental was fantastic. I had a crown fall off my tooth and I couldn't chew or eat food. I scheduled an appt. on a Sunday and was out an hour later. They were so accommodating, kind, and helpful, despite my last minute appointment. I would definitely recommend going them to anyone.

::I had a dental emergency over Labor Day weekend that could not wait until Tuesday. Thank goodness for Lux Dental as they are open on weekends and holidays. I was able to make an appointment for Monday which was Labor Day and everyone at Lux Dental was wonderful. The problem was more extensive than I realized and they explained everything to me as well as my options. I have and will have more appointments and I cannot thank them enough. Everyone is so professional and have been so caring and kind. It is a very professional, friendly environment. I would highly recommend Lux Dental.
