  Incredible coffee shop. My first mission visiting new cities is to find great coffee shops. Lux might be my new favorite. The atmosphere is eclectic, busy, warm and welcoming. The people were friendly and unpretentious. The kitchen is completely open and visible to the dining area and it was really fun to watch all kind of delicious breakfasts being made. Coffee and espresso drinks are top notch, with fun and attractive presentation. Great food, great drinks, great atmosphere, great experience. Love it!

  This is one of the overall best spots in Phoenix! At any time of the day and for a variety of purposes, Lux is the place to go. Weekend brunch is very tasty, but the drinks on Friday night are artfully crafted and unique. There is also ample space to work on a laptop if all you want is coffee from house roasted beans.

  Great atmosphere, wonderful staff, limited seating at bar, so just stay away from it when I'm there ;-) It's really a very unique place in Phoenix. You could potentially spend all day there, from breakfast and coffee, reading, studying, then lunch, visit with friends, afternoon coffee, then onto some cocktails prior to the dinner menu starting at 4p. I really love this place . . . Stay Away ;-)

  I had a lot of trouble finding this place. When I finally found it, I ordered an ice coffee. It was decent, but not fantastic. And truth be told a little overpriced. My biggest issue about Lux, however, is the layout. If you have any difficulties with mobility, don't come here. I tripped over food storage carts, chairs ... The place is stuffed with an odd collection of furniture that impedes the most able bodied. I can't imagine navigating a wheelchair through the cluttered space. 🙁

  Wonderful all around place to go for any kind of gathering or outing. You can come here for anything from just to get out of the house and read to go out on a nice date. All of the food, baked goods, and coffee is very fresh made with quality ingredients by hand. All of the cocktails are made with care and love. The bartenders are very friendly, humorous and care about your experience. They love to get creative and make amazing drinks for you. The only downside is the place gets crowded quick so make sure you go when its not so busy. But even if it gets busy its still fun and cozy. You can come here and talk casually with people and make a friend with the person sitting right next to you. Awesome place and one of my favorites. P. S. The owner gets all the tips you give to the employees here!! So make sure you tip them in cash!! They deserve it!!
