  They were absolutely wonderful! Listened to what I wanted and helped me understand how the dress would fit after alterations! All around a wonderful experience!

  I absolutely had an amazing experience at Luv. Even though I didn't find my dream dress at this shop I would recommend this bridal shop to anyone. First of all the store and the gown selections are gorgeous!! The staff are all super friendly! I worked with Cassie and she was so sweet and personable and really took her time to understand what I was looking for. The prices are reasonable considering the quality gowns they carry. Overall I had a great experience and like I said I didn't even find my dress here and I will recommend them to anyone!

  Best bridal store ever! I went to a few different stores, and no one was as genuine and helpful as any one of the ladies at Luv. They are so sweet and listen to your desires, but also are willing to give helpful suggestions. It's such a personal experience, they start by getting to know you and your style, then they ask about your fiance and your wedding, and get just as excited for your big day as you do! I was able to find the perfect dress for my picky style, as well as two other dresses I would have loved to have as well. Plus, I got my dress on super sale! I will send every bride I know here.

  What an amazing experience. This entire team has been nothing short of amazing. I went in originally and told Maddy (the girl helping me) I would not be buying a dress that day, but I wanted to see what all they had. I don't think she treated me any different that if I would have said I am buying a dress today. She took her time getting me into dresses, she made sure that I was able to see what the dress would truly look like rather than just quickly clipping it to get me in and out. She took the time to truly talk to me and get to know me, not just the normal "how did he propose questions." Maddy also stayed past closing without me even knowing the store had closed when she knew I would not be purchasing that night if at all from that store. When I found the dress I wanted I was trying it on in a size that was too big, she was very honest and considerate when helping me order the correct size. Not only did I have an amazing experience but the 4 girls that were there with me did as well. When she was not with me she was with them, even though they were not buying anything she treated each of them as if they were her client. When my dress came in I needed to wait over a month to pick it up because of schedule conflicts, they were very understanding and there to help. And when I finally did pick up my dress, I had someone else helping me and she was just as fantastic! Treated me like I was there to buy another dress, not like she had already received my money. She took the time to let me ask my mother to walk me down the isle and never worried about me taking up too much space. This is what the bridal experience should be! Finding my dress has been the best part of my wedding planning so far because of the experience I was given.

  Absolutely love Luv Bridal! Just a gorgeous selection and wonderful people. I worked with Nora who was just perfect. She was so helpful, knew every dress so well. They have multiple sizes for each gown on the sales floor so I could actually see what they all looked like. I am not an average size and this was not the case at most of the other places I went to. My dress is perfect, it was on sale, AND the sale included a free accessory of my choice! They treated my mom and friend and I like family and I noticed the other stylists did the same with their clients. Will send all the bride's I know to Luv. Thanks Nora!
