  This is my first major jewelry purchase, Deena sat with me to really help me understand the different options and benefits of each. She was extremely personable, took time to get to know me, was interested in my proposal plans and worked with my budget. It felt like I was dealing with a friend which was especially comforting on such a large purchase, I didn’t feel like I was just a sale to her - I appreciate that. I already started recommending Deena to several friends and will work with her again on future jewelry purchases.

  Happen to be in town for a holiday with the girlfriend and completely forget it was also the same week as my anniversary! Luckily I had a friend in NY and recommended Kate. She was fantastic! She managed to meet me in a Starbucks so I had enough time to sneak away from my girlfriend, which really helped the element of surprise. I bought a few stackable bands for each year and came out spending a lot less then I expected. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and a true professional. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for anything jewelery related! Will be hoping she can ship in the future.

  Lusso assisted me with getting my newest diamond tennis bracelet.  Deena presented a few examples of what styles would fit my budget, and I got to choose the perfect one to match with the rest of the my jewelry.  She even came to me, so I didn’t have to trek to Midtown.  Now I have a sparkly new bracelet that’s perfect for me! Deena’s personal touch and knowledge was right on point. SHE IS FANTASTIC and her passion for jewelry and dedicated expertise is very comforting. She knows quality and displayed a lot of patience explaining what she looks for when choosing what she shows you and why.. Her personal touch is an attribute to her professionalism. When my fiancé saw my bracelet, He contacted her to assist in getting me something special for Christmas and once again she came through by personally choosing the stones and designing the most perfect and stunning sapphire bracelet. I absolutely love her .. wouldn’t even consider shopping for jewelry anywhere else ever again.. I was more than 💯% satisfied .. Lusso is the best ! Thanks again Deena..

  Buying an engagement ring for my wife started out being a daunting experience. An engagement ring is a large investment, and finding a quality stone needed a level of expertise I just didn’t have. There is also the pressure that this ring needs to be “just right” and my wife needs to love it for a lifetime. Working with Deena was the best decision I made during this process. First and foremost, since I didn’t have the expertise to pick a quality stone, I needed someone who did; someone who I could trust. To me, going to a department store or one of those diamond district guys didn’t feel right. At the department store the person behind the counter probably doesn’t really care about me and my needs, they just want to make a commission, and I doubt that the department stores have the best selection of stones to begin with. While going to a dedicated jeweler might give me more options, going over to 47th street just felt sleazy to me, and I couldn’t shake the feeling I was going to be hustled. I’ve known Deena quite a while, so trust was easy, not to mention she is one of the best humans ever! She is always honest, and you’ll realize this the first time she bluntly tells you her opinion (it is actually quite refreshing). Deena also has more training and experience than anyone in her field, that’s why she is the best. What I experienced with Deena was an easy-going, educational, and completely fulfilling experience. I was presented with 4-6 stones that were in my budget. Deena patiently explained to me what I was looking for in each of the stones. I was instructed on what made one stone better than another, and shown how two stones might be considered of equal quality, but present slightly different visual characteristics. Under Deena’s watchful eye, and with my new-found knowledge, I was quickly able to discard a bunch of stones. Then it came down to the visual characteristics. We then started to discuss the different types of settings and band designs that Alex, my wife, would love. With all this information gathered we finally decided on a stone that visually went best with the look we were going for. The whole while Deena was there acting as my jewelry muse. I can’t imagine this process without her being in it. If I ever purchase another expensive piece, I will most definitely be contacting Miss Deena again. Trust me when I tell you that you will want Deena there as your muse.
