  Perfect service. I was in Atlanta for a business training trip and the entire staff took excellent care of me. Kudos to Ryan and Celise. TRUE PROFESSIONALS!!!! Well done!

  This is a super-swanky lobby bar with live music Tuesday through Saturday evenings. One night they were sampling duck pateé, and had some great local artists. It's a nice mix of leisure travelers, business folks, and seems to have a local following as well. There is a lux steakhouse above.

  The atmosphere in the lounge is what you would expect for the Ritz Carlton. We always look forward to having end of the day drinks here. During our recent stay, the service was below what was always expected. Staffing was well short to accommodate the guests. Our hope is that the Ritz in the future is able to fully staff their lobby lounge.

  If you enjoy cocktails then the drinks are excellent. The food isn't dinner food but light lunch menu items. Great lounge experience.

  OMG!! The service was amazing. Beyond amazing. My son is only 6 going on 7. They asked him 8f he wanted soda lemonade, etc. He asked my apple juice. Then they came back and filled his glass again. He was in disbelief. When we left he said, "not only the place look fancy and rich, the people are too." I wanted to cry. This was one of my best experiences with my son. This great experience happened at Lumen and The Ritz Carlton.
