  I called 4 times yesterday and no one picked up. I called 10 times today the phone rang until it went to voicemail each time. After about my 7th phone call in a row the system started saying "This line is currently busy". I had thought the system blocked me because it thought I was spamming phone calls so I used a different number to call but it still said this line is busy. One of the employees must have gotten sick of hearing me try to call them and lifted the handset on a different line so it would seem like it's always busy. I tried again, twice and hour later and it still said busy. I then called the main number from lumberliquidators website and the customer care employee couldn't reach their number either because it was saying busy. She sent the store another email because I had already sent them an email yesterday. I just need to change one thing on my order...

  Buyer beware. I was in the store over 3 weeks ago, got an estimate on flooring and paid the 26.00 to have someone come out to measure properly. 2 days later he showed up and measured. I asked him how much will it cost to install and he gave me some story about talking to cooperate first. Long story short, I never heard from him or the store again. They stole my 26.00 and walked away, that is no way to do business. Most businesses go by word of mouth, well this store just ruined itself. I will never recommend them to anyone and I am trying to contact cooperate myself. Bad business. I found another company and am very happy with my floors. Watch your money and beware this store.

  Went to 3 different stores looking for the particular floor , these guys were so helpful to me and my mom and went out of their way to help us, we are 100 percent satisfied . No other stores in the area were as helpful as these guys !
