  Omg!!!! I’m obsessed with this store and their customer service!!! I’m an interior designer and was trying to save my clients the shipping cost... I had to change the location of the store my product was being shipped to with very little notice. John G (I think the manager) and Robert were SO accommodating and did so much to move things around and make this happen for me. It was a time sensitive issue and they were just the best. Not only do these guys have the best selection and prices... but they have zero ego and love what they do. John G you’re a rockstar! Thx for making my clients so so happy.

  The Laminate floor was a great purchase but.. While doing DIY project I had many questions but the sales associates were very rude just wanted to get you out the door so they can goof off with each other. I bet I could've gotten more assistance from Home Depot instead.

  I found the floor I was looking for! Price was reasonable and customer service was very good. No problems to return my unopened boxes. Excellent quality products.
