  This company in a word: scam. They charge $25 to come take measurements. Then they give you an outrageously high quote to which you must say 'no'. They keep the $25.

  Have problems with fading on the colors on the floors.The FLOORS coming from the wall.call the supervisor and they won't return my call.

  Prices were to high as compared to Lowe's and home depot. Lumber liquidators used to be the lowest of the 2. Nice and good costumer service

  I would not encourage anyone to shop at this store, except if you plan to deal/work with Kanessa, her customer service skills are exemplary. She is very pleasant and knows her job very well. She does not need to be micro-managed. On the other hand, the manager Mustapha is very unpleasant and he has his nose stuck up in the air. His dealing with customers is very poor. I asked him about a product today, he never took the time to explain any details about the item only to say, "they are over there and pointing to the item" and at that specific time the store was not at all busy. How rude when one spends hundreds of dollars so he can earn. Maybe some Customer Service training is required.
