They wouldn't let me in because I'm not white, totally racist. That's the world we live in still I guess? Times have not changed since Martin Luther King JR. To clarify I was not let in because I was wearing track pants and other people were let in wearing shorts, they said track pants were not in dress code. Go figure?

There is an African American girl with curly hair that was kind of like an Afro, and she had one of the worst attitudes. My boyfriend and I were trying to purchase a game card at the kiosk and we were having complications because I’d said that it could not complete the transaction. So I saw the girl at a register and I went up to her to ask her a question. There was a busser as well that was next to her. So when I went up to her and said “excuse me I have a question” and she goes “I know, ask him please” and is pointing to the busser. And she said it with a bad attitude. I understand being busy especially on a Saturday night. But if I’m customer, then it’s part of your job to help people. If you don’t want to do that, and if your gonna have an attitude about it on top of that, you need to be fired. The bartenders were great and the people at the front desk, who we had to ask for help because the other girl wouldn’t help us, were nice too. But she was terrible and I hope she gets fired.

Very modern with comfort. Take bowling to a luxury with comfy couches, chairs, alley service, and modern decor. One HUGE draw back is the confusing underground parking.

I still can’t believe the level of service me & my family had received at this place. Very rude employees and horrible service was given, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. Even if you just wanted to bowl, as we did. Going here is Not even worth your time, money, or energy. I HIGHLY SUGGEST taking a additional 4 minute drive up the street to a more friendly bowling alley.

The atmosphere here is good - not your average bowling alley. Cost is also good for downtown Phoenix. Our lane kept shutting down or not resetting pins correctly; staff were attentive and fixed right away. Overall, a great bowling alley with a modern and upbeat feel!
