::Our lane kept malfunctioning. The key pad to work the screen didnt work. Not enough room to walk past furniture to get to lane. Overall, not great. But very beautiful decoration and design.

::We were so disappointed with the overall experience at Lucky Strike. The young ladies who checked us in were very rude and didn't listen to our questions. The laminated floor was sticky and dangerous . It took three requests to be cleaned. Food was good, although it was served with no utensils. Server was very kind and good. Dark, loud, and pricey. Not really bowling. Will not return.

::This place is crawling with people. They’re everywhere. We kept rolling back and forth between the arcade because they are connected. I can see how people would be frustrated with reservations. In all fairness I don’t think that’s the best way to go about it. We showed up, ordered drinks, reserved a lane, then bought points for the arcade and waited until we were called. Ordering drinks, ordering food, this was one of the best nights I’ve had in a long time. It felt like we were in ‘safe Vegas’ for the evening, haha. This is a place worth spending the whole evening and enjoying the surrounding area while you wait for a lane.

::Kids and I had a great time here, next to the arcades. We received good attention from the staff. Plus it’s a nice change to do things in downtown Denver with kids coming along.

::I couldn’t help but write a review! I understand that I reserved the lane last minute, however that doesn’t give the right for our servers and bartenders to be disrespectful and focus on other parties other than my own. I was super disappointed with how our servers reacted to our dissatisfaction to their service (because in all honesty, there was no service, both lane servers focused on setting up for a larger party than actually giving us the time of day, our drink order took over 30 minutes to get to our table). To make matters worse, I told our server that it was my roommates birthday, yet that had no importance to her... she just focused on the party coming in after us..... Literally, extremely content with Julius, the manager, for his concerns and trying to make our experience better! I must say, if it wasn’t for you, everything would be a waste! I totally appreciate your help and will definitely be coming back for a better experience. However, if I see my past server, who did not care for anything, or the one with the awful, not taken care of hair, I will gladly ask them to leave and ask for a better server. Case closed.... You don’t deserve my business unless you’re actually willing to do your job. Just saying. You ladies need a reality check... Again, Huge THANK YOU to Julius for helping us out. You the real MVP!
