  The hostess was rude & lacked basic customer service skills. This "girl" who was positioned at the entrance on 4/24/18 in the evening, was politely asked for a drink of wine, her response was "You can go up to the bar and get it" basically refused service, then after several prompts to please send a waiter, she acquiesced after 5 full minutes, BUT she elected to within hearing & viewing distance speak negatively about paying customers. I would not recommend Lucky Strike as a venue; especially, if she is representative of the type of service one is subject to receive.

  The food was good but the service sucked. Say and ate before getting our lanes. There were many "dry" streaks when we were waiting for drinks to be filled or napkins and plates. The same service was received even after we got to our lanes.

  One of the waitress told us the kitchen was closed but I seen people come in after us and they ordered food. So I was kinda confused. Other than that..it was really fun. Very clean.. spacious..great vibes

  Visited today before going to see a 4:15 movie. Chicken tacos were amazing! Waitresses were nice and friendly. I don't like the rule about seating customers; Just because a couple came in the door before us, we couldn't be seated in the same area so we HAD to sit by the really loud bowling area. When we asked to be moved, because it was so noisy (child's birthday party), we were told "I can't do that" (by the hostess) "because we have to rotate the customers". This is a nice place for groups if you're there to bowl or play any of the games, way too noisy if you're planning a one on one conversation with your date. It's nice and roomy and people looked like they were having lots of fun. The one thing I would change would be the actual paper menus, they were dirty and looked like someone spilled some type of liquid on them and they were stained with food.

  My first time here and it was for a birthday event. Service was amazing and fast. I was set up to bowl within 5 minutes, that's including shoes and everything. What I was most surprised was how good the food was. Prices were also reasonable for this time of event. No longer do we have to attend bowling alleys that look like we just stepped back into the 90's. I highly recommend this place for events or just to kick back with friends for a good night out.
