  Only giving it two stars because it is an all women’s gym. Would have given it one or none if possible if it was a co-ed gym. There are not many machines, the hours are horrible, and the service is terrible. You may as well buy yourself equipment to work out at home and call it a day. Wish there were more all women gyms around here in the Heights...

  Love the instructors and some of the staff but the manager is very unprofessional. Some days she'll say hi and other times she'll demand to salute. She never helps, all she does is sit around and be on her phone. Makes other people feel inferior.

  Cons: I have canceled my membership before because of lack of equipment here. Pros: I join again like a week or so ago because it’s the only women’s gym, they have great classes, there a sauna room here and it’s clean. This gym is walking distance from my house and I have lost 40 pounds here before. If you want a luxury gym then this not the gym for you but if you want to lose weight with no man staring at you or garking at you. Then you will feel comfortable here. My recommendation is do the free tryout first.

  It’s a nice women only gym. They offer different classes Zumba,total body, fusion, yoga but customer service ppl will not provide you proper information

  Former member. Classes are always packed, small space, lack of essential machine like a supported pull up and smith. Since there aren’t guys at the gym, it doesn’t smell super bad like Blink and there isn’t a wait to use the machines. On the other hand, lacks a lot of essential ones. Plus the hours are bad. They close at 9pm most days during the week, 8pm on Friday!!! Who does that???! Even earlier on the weekend when most people are available to work out! It is just sad! Join at your own risk.
