  I finally checked this place out for my first time and it was great. We hit the breakfast menu around 10am on a Sunday and the restaurant was pretty busy. I ordered the corned beef hash with poached eggs. This plate comes with homemade corned beef hash with two poached eggs, fresh hash browns and choice of toast, biscuit or English muffin. Everything was awesome with great flavor and fairly priced. One of the things I liked most about this place was the location on the corned and it has a coastal atmosphere to it. I did see that mimosas and Blood Mary’s were a huge hit which I will be back for. Their dinner menu looks the best in which they have an exiting selection of fish to choose from. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food and an awesome atmosphere! I also had originally had a 5 star rating for this place. After going back again last Sunday and experiencing their unfriendly waitstaff for the second time in a row, I lowered this to a four. Also, after looking at all the reviews on this place there seems to be a trend that everyone else is experiencing also with the same problem.

  If you live in Ft. Worth or just visiting you'll love Lucile's! They have the best Lobster bisque that you will find anywhere! They have fantastic Hamburgers, char-grilled, and FRESH CUT FRIES!! They have a wonderful wait staff that have been there for years.They always dress with class and treat you as you are someone special! Everything that we have ever eaten here is top quality and very delicious! Give them a try, you'll continue to return for years to come! Oh, and it is easy on the wallet!!

  The place is very quaint and the food was delicious. Service is friendly and prompt. This place should be 5 🌟, but if you are in a wheelchair, it's not quite a 3 star rating. There is only one ramp into Lucile's and you are between cars right in the street. A $1000.00 worth of concrete work would fix this. We will see if they do the needed work, or not. Just be sure that if you are in a wheelchair on that busy street, keep your eyes open and have some help, or you could be a traffic fatality.

  I had the opportunity to have dinner with a friend from out of town last night and he obviously comes to Lucile's once a month. As it turned out Lucile's was located just about a mile from where I grew up so it was a bit nostalgic for me. He suggested the chicken fried steak with a side and a margarita. The steak was almost as big as the plate and tasted great as did the sides. The margarita was also excellent and appeared to be never ending as I kept filling my stemmed glass from the chrome looking shaker it was made in. I had to take some of the dinner home to my wife as there was more than I could eat. I will be going back soon for sure!

  So very good. The grits were excellent, and can I say that Dutch Baby was the best ever?! My hubby had Crab Benedict and was swooning over it. We've had fried green tomatoes-not greasy at all. You must try the breakfast pizza too. Burgers, lobster roll, everything is so good here. BUT the chicken fried steak is a definite must have (creamy great mashed potatoes and wonderful cream gravy perfectly seasoned). LOVE it!
