  If you're getting a quote or haven't sing yet, they are courteous, polite. Once you sing.... Hoo, hoo, ho. You're on your own bud.

  First off I am not a client under these people. I was involved in an accident in which someone backed into me and the offender had this insurance. Unprofessional over the phone, they transfer you to other locations so they don't have to deal with you and purposely hang up on you because they either don't know what to do or don't want to speak with you. Why is this insurance company still around?

  this place is ok, depending on the agent you talk to, one wants proof of this and that, the other takes care of it in secs. MY insurance went from $70 to $135 even though I have the very basic liability.. I have an old car, no tickets and im an older person. Think I'm going to look around for better a deal

  Worst insurance company ever. Beware and stay far away from them. We got hit on 8/28/17 from a driver insured by Fred Loya, this insurance has taken full responsibility. Today is 09/05 and we are still not in a rental, our car still sits in the garage and this is going no where fast. It's impossible to get in touch with an adjustor and for myself, my husband and 2 children the best settlement offer for injuries they are willing to do is $500!
