  I SPENT 35 MN ON PICK UP LINE TO GET MY WEBSITE ORDER AND HAD TO WALK BECAUSE I TOTALLY LOST MY PATIENCE. BAD EXPERIENCE! !!

  Just did a return. They were busy and only one person to handle the returns. Next the self check out system was down. Went to lumber check out. Fast friendly service and a real person.

  Lowe's is much better than the orange box store. The staff is usually plesent,. The stores are clean and brightly lit. It is a good place to shop.

  I ordered kerosene online to pick up ....now Lindsey brought the can out and placed it on the floor. I had my cart sitting in front of the can 2 men walked over it and once Lindsey concluded the transaction she made no attempt to help me put it in the cart or put it in herself.....now she brought it out. I want to say Brianna is an exceptional employee. She wasn't even helping me ...she was helping someone else but after standing there for 5 mins she grabbed it and asked if I needed help. Good help is hard to find. Brianna you are a gem. Thank you. If I return it will be because of her.

  I want to rate Alex at the customer service desk for going above and beyond helping me out with my kitchen cabinets online order. She look like SHE really care and took her time to help me out.. thank you so much and keep up the good work
