  Customer Service was awesome,the two young men working at this Lowe's, in North Bergen were very helpful getting Trunks,from top shelf and maded sure,they were not damage.

  associate knew little about the kitchen appliances. hard time getting the certificate of insurance for delivery and still have not called me for a delivery date. never will go back, not worth the hassle. in general, unfriendly and mom welcoming staff in the big appliance dept.

  I had a very troubling experience at the Lowe's in north Bergen New Jersey. We were trying to buy $200 worth of indoor plants and some pots. One of the pots we picked out was on clearance for $8.99, however it was ringing up as $19.98. I asked many employees for as this item was clearly the item marked down... it was a red clay pot 14.2 inch diameter, and that is exactly what the sticker said however the manager kept looking at his phone and showing me online prices for the pot. I think your manager is unaware of store specials, it was an off-season pot. Before I even got Charles the manager to even go look at the pot, he made me wait while he chatted with co workers for about 10 minutes. He did not honor what the sticker said and was rude to me on top of that. Every employee besides one seemed very upset and rude, the manager didn’t even really speak to me, just kept showing me that online the pots were $19.98. we left our $200 worth of plants and went next door to Home Depot to buy the exact same stuff. I will never come back to Lowe's ever again Home Depot is now our store and I am a contract builder. I have had no luck contacting a real person at customer service, really bad all around, the plants even weren’t in good shape, they had bug bites and wilting branches, thought we could bring them back to life but now they will die at Lowe’s.

  Walked in past friendly greeter, found a better snake pipe for my bathroom sink and checked out. No complaints.
