  Never buy a major appliance from this store. The delivery personnel, which is contracted out, damage floors, fight restitution at every step and the management of the store has a "not us but them" response. Bad experience nearly beyond description. Bought 2 garage door openers and Lowe's the install service. Tech from the installation service came out made the needed markings and then nothing. No communication from the installation service, nothing from Lowe's and the money paid for the Service Appt. that was to be applied against the final sales price...forget about it. About to take the motors back and head to Home Depot.

  I read a few negative reviews before beginning mine, but that's to be expected I guess. But for me, as I undertook a huge project to update and decorate an Airbnb, my experience with Lowe's staff at this location was absolutely exceptional! I want to give special thanks to Brian & Beth in the paint department (Brian is my soulmate and Beth is an absolute sweetheart), Anne & Randall in hardware (Anne gave me a great idea to hang my lights and Randall helped me find a special screw), Cashier Robin who always razzes me when I come in, and I'm not sure what her name is but she's an African-American young lady who also helped me a few times in hardware - very impressed with this girl - Keysha maybe? Thanks to all, you made my life a little easier during a stressful time!

  Lowes staff are very nice and helpful. I completed Lots of home improvement projects with product from this store.

  I had to get a pipe for my washer so I went to Lowe’s near me, I knew the service there was bad but I went there anyway and I will never come back. There’s literally no one to ask for help! I ask this lady that worked there to help me, she said she doesn’t know anything about pipes so she told me to wait for another worker to get off his brake. Any it’s Sunday! Are you kidding me? What kind of service is that? Whatever they advertise on tv is a BS! Nobody gonna help you there ever. They hire people that have no idea about things they sell. So ridiculous.

  Lowe's is fairly accessible. Parking & entry are good, and wheelchair users are disadvantaged only slightly more than the TAB consumer since they stock up to the warehouse ceiling. People with noise or other sense issues may try to shop during non-peak hours to minimize difficulty. The store has decent consumer prices and a wide selection.
