  Had a great experience with employees in the garden department today as they were super helpful and very nice as well as found a fruit tree that other different stores no longer had. Thanks

  This store sucks!!! I call for relate info the lady Ally tells me they will do exchange. I bring in the product and they tell me that they won’t it has to be repaired. So they are working with me and calling relate people and customers come in they hang up with repair people and ignore me for over 45 minutes to help everyone else. They don’t even advise me of all this.I will never ever shop here again

  I bought a jug of weed killer here with an electric sprayer attached. After one use the sprayer quit working. A gallon of weed killer lasts longer than one year, so I tried to return the faulty spray jug. Lowe's won't allow returns more than 90 days from purchase. Lesson learned, next time go to Home Depot.

  Nicest people I have met. Especially the lumber person, Dana. So helpful and thoughtful. Asked where I needed the cut (on, behind, or in front of the line), reminded me to let it bleed, etc.

  No carts at all. Customer service nonexistent. 12/3/17 at 12:00. Wandered around the plumbing department for 30 minutes looking for something and was never offered any assistance. Finally just left because I couldn’t find it. If you know exactly what you want might be a good location. But if not 100% sure go to Home Depot on 377. They are much more helpful.
