I usually only review restaurants but the visit today was very pleasant and the crew was very polite and helpful and friendly, I felt I had to give some kudos to the team that was working today. I've been her before and had to hunt someone to help me but today there were plenty of associates and they were all very helpful and eager to go the extra step. Thanks for the great service today. 5/9/18...another visit. I bought a ceiling fan a week ago. I opened it yesterday and found out (during installation) that it was missing one piece. I called the manufacturer, as was instructed in the manual. I then went to Lowe's and asked to see if they could help me. Taylor in customer service took care of my issue and hot me the parts I needed. I was honestly expecting to be given a hard time but she was friendly and helpful. Thank you

Typical Lowe's. I've been in dozens across Texas. Service was not overwhelming but adequate. The store was clean and prices were acceptable. Checkout was no waiting and quick. No frills but no problems as usual.

I called two days ahead of time to ask about their return policy and whether I could return certain products. The woman on the line, who by the way was very rude when I asked if she would be able to answer a question about returns, said that I could return anything as long as I had a receipt for it. I explained the boxing was damaged, but the product was in new condition. She again said I could return anything as long as I had a receipt. I came in today to return said items, and was greeted by three female employees, one of which, a Hispanic, middle aged woman, had an attitude as soon as we approached the customer service counter. While explaining the situation, she cut me off to say, “ I know, I know, I have to check anyway”. It seemed as though without looking over the receipt or listening to me, she was ready to decline our return. The three of them talked over it behind the counter and said amongst themselves that they couldn’t sell the item again because of the damaged packaging, which again, I had been told was of no issue. A man approached later, who I can only assume was the manager and said we couldn’t return because of a 90 day policy. I asked why I was told differently and if anything could be done about it, including store credit and he said no. To say the least, I’m incredibly disappointed at 1. The original employee I spoke to, as she didn’t know her own stores policy to give me the correct information. And 2. The employees attitude, and general carelessness over their customers satisfaction.

I recently was in Lowe’s on 2-24-18. I was interested in On the Prices on Washers and Dryers I had recently seen Lowe’s was Advertising. I walked in and went straight to What I wanted to buy... I stood there for exactly 23 minutes and watched several people pass me. As I would walk towards someone they would take a quick turn down and isle to avoid me? Usually I don’t waste my time on stuff like this but it was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!! I eventually called while in the store and asked CAN SOMEONE COME AND HELP ME? I had cash and was ready to buy. Then someone finally came and said oh well we don’t have that in stock!!!! Then why are you advertising it?? I will never go into Lowe’s again... EVER!!! I ended up going to Texas Appliances and paid a little more but it was worth the Customer Service!

I didn't actually shop since i was meeting someone there, but I'll review based on what i saw. I saw only 2 customers (they were together) not being helped and looking like they needed help. The employees that i saw were all busy assisting others. I'm not sure how long they were waiting, but it seemed as though they were happy as they left the store satisfied with their purchase. If i end up needing anything in the way home home repairs/improvement, i will definitely shop at this Lowe's.
