Really a two star at most. Customer service at all time low. Especially in the contractor division they have no idea how to get it. Spend so much wasted time at that store. Ridiculous

Everyone was real helpful here and it's not that hard to find the stuff you need when you can just ask someone in the red vest. They have pretty much everything and anything you could look for it mean pack you are remodeling gardening or just have little small projects around the house. I didn't even know exactly what I needed we were looking for some hanging material for an art booth and they help me find something that did the job just right.

This store is easy to get to from the Interstate and has lots of parking. The staff is friendly and usually very helpful. We have come here for everything from plants to tools... If you need help with anything They have all the men who are looking for work who are waiting at the entrance to the parking lot...

I stopped in after work around 1830 looking for a step-down converter so I could use my 220v appliances on a 110v circuit. Couldn’t find one, so I asked the employee in the electrical department. He seemed flagrantly confused by such a device, not seeming to understand the difference between amperage and voltage (his words: “I think we only carry devices for converting a 220 to a 12” I assumed he meant 220v (24A) to 110v (12A), which was technically what I was looking for); he asked what I’d use it for and how the appliance would function. I’m aware retail stores often assign people to departments that are not their area of expertise, but I always prefer hearing “I don’t know” instead of a simply incorrect answer. The website has the product, but I’ll be getting it from Amazon instead because of this experience.
