::*NEW LOYAL HOME DEPOT CUSTOMER AFTER GOING TO THIS LOCATION* Completely Incompetent. They delivered me a damaged tv stand. After weeks of bartering back and forth, I finally got them to come pick it up. I was told I would be refunded within the week. 3 weeks went by and I was not refunded. This is when I called customer service. Basically I was bounced around several times between department. This happened to me 4 separate times on the phone. Finally, after the last time, I decided to go through my credit card company instead (Discover has phenomenal customer service btw). My credit card company is currently in the process of disputing the charge and getting me a refund. I told them good luck.
