  Great store, excellent selection, employees are always there to help you. That's why it's only Home Improvement store I go to. I went to purchase some bushes that was listed in their circular. They were all out of the ones that they had advertised. The the manager in that area quickly found something to substitute. He did everything he could to keep the customer happy. Me !

  And I'm only giving this 1 star just so I can rate this place, it was ridiculous, nothing in stock, cement with 3 huge shelves empty and couldn't get anybody to check and see if they had any nobody cared to help just look at U like U we're crazy. I finally ask 4 a manager stood there almost 10 minutes, they never came, finally I went to the front and ask someone to call another Lowe's to see if they had cement in stock because the closest 1 was across town at Norman and we didn't want to drive all the way over there if they didn't have it either but luckily they did! So I asked the manager if there is three huge shelves empty would you think that someone would order some of that stuff knowing people needs it? They just looked at us like we were crazy! And that wasn't the only shelf that was empty either there was several shell several things we needed out of stock couldn't find it moved gone whatever:-(

  My wife and I went to the Lowes Moore Store this morning to shop for a new washer, dryer and dishwasher. No one greeted us or asked if we needed help as we wandered through the aisles of appliances. Two male Lowes Associates were standing at their computer stand, side by side and completely absorbed with whatever was on their screens. They never once looked up. Finally, a female Associate from Cabinets came over to ask us if we needed help. We asked a question she didn't know, so she went over to ask one of the male Associates, still absorbed in their computer screens. He did NOT come over to talk to us, only gave some partially intelligible answer that meant nothing. The female Associate was very kind, but not well informed and operating outside her assigned area while two male Associates remained glued to their computer screens. Finally, I said to my wife we are leaving. We left, went to Home Depot in Moore and purchased a matched pair washer and dryer and a new dishwasher. The ONLY Associate on duty there was very friendly, very well informed and gained himself a profitable sale. I never write poor reviews, but this time I am going to make an exception.

  Pretty good selection, except lumber. Most of the treated lumber is wet, warped, or mildewed. Occasionally find great deals on tools and discounted materials.
