  Good selection of home improvement accessories and stuff. Closer to me than Home Depot. Can find most things I need from tools to screws, nuts, and bolts. Staff is usually friendly and helpful

  My first time visit too Lowes, will be my very last time ever. The people are nice if you can get them to help you. Took them 45 minutes to get the large item I purchased of the top shelf. Then me being by myself needed help loading the 320 lb box into my pickup. But I couldn't get one employee to help. Luckily a gentleman leaving helped me. I will definitely be going back to home depot. And will just special order threw them rather than deal with Lowes.

  Went in to get glass cut for the my cabinet door. Employee who helped me was to old to read the tape measure, waited 30 minutes for another employee to come over and help. Then, after that ordeal they dropped my cabinet door and it broke. Both employees denied that it was them. The manager did nothing to help. Not the first time this Lowe's store has had terrible customer service. Next time I'll drive the extra ten minutes to Home Depot in Oregon City.

  Cashiers were great. This afternoon I was there with my daughter to buy two sheets of plywood. None of the guys working in the lumber department would help us handle the plywood. They ignored us completely. We have spent over $1000 this weekend. Don't plan to return.

  Came into the store to pick up an online order, I came up to the desk and the gental man was slumped over and didn’t even greet me and had a blank star on his face so I said I have a pick up. He asked for my order number he goes in the back to get my 8x10 rug (120lbs 5’5 women) this rug is huge compared to me. He forces it over the chain and throws it in my arms and I had to brace my self with out warning so I didn’t fall back. I had no clue he would do this to me... he walks to his computer and I had to ask if that’s it and if we are good... he said no rudely and said I have to sign a form... well my arms are full and he wants me to walk around and sign the form, I asked him to bring it to me since he is such a big help an all. I then try to exit with the rug that’s 2 tines bigger than me through the exit only doors. He said for “me” to open the doors with my hands... I said kidding me my arms are busy you except me to do it... a nice man behind me came and helped. Horrible service I will never go to that store. Just moved to this side of town so looks like Home Depot will be getting a new customer.
