This Lowes used to be great, but for whatever reason it's just terrible now. Staff there are unhelpful and couldn't care less, and don't even think about making a major purchase that involves a delivery. We've been waiting well over a month for a stove that still hasn't shown up, and efforts to resolve with store management are a huge waste of time because no one knows what they're doing. Go Home Depot and save yourself the frustration.

Friendly staff and the flowers right now are amazing! They have really helped turn my yard from a complete mess to stunning!

To be honest, the experience of this store was good at first. Tom in blinds was AWESOME! However, I was very disappointed when I was told that I would be called when my blinds came in. When I called to check-in the first time on delivery status, it took me about 20 minutes to finally get on the phone with someone- anyone- in the store. I was assured twice by the manager that I would be called immediately when they came in and then again by Tom when he got in to work. Blinds came in yesterday and I was not called at all, by anyone. When I called to check-in again on status (since I had no idea), I was on hold yet again for about 30 minutes to get ahold of someone- then I was transferred to distribution center and then transferred back. Moral of the story... HORRIBLE PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Linda, the manager who took my call the final time didn't seem to care about customer service. To me, customer service is the most important part of why people return to a business. I will gladly take my business to Home Depot or somewhere else if ordering in to a store because I know at least at this location, my call doesn't matter. I typically don't get irritated with many things- I am in the customer service business myself and realize a lot is going on - but to have to wait for 30 minutes to get an answer seems unreasonable. If you do want blinds, however, I highly recommend TOM in this store location in Blinds / Paint department - he is THE BEST.

I went in on 03/06/18 to purchase a new washer. I researched and new exactly what I wanted. The woman in threw appliance department, Jessica, was wrapping an appliance while she spoke to a man. I walked around and looked at all of the washers available in the meantime. She finally asked me if I needed help. I told her what I wanted. She went to the computer and looked up the washer and said they were out of stock and could not get one delivered until the 16th. I tell her let me go look at it, make sure it's what I want since I'm going to be waiting so long. As I walked away, a man approached her and was asking Jessica questions. I looked at the washer, opened the lid, decided that this is definitely the one. I walk back over and sit at the table 3 feet in front of Jessica with my card out ready to make a purchase. She walked off. Adam came and asked if I had been helped. I told him that I was, but she walked off. He reassured me she probably was in the back checking something out. He helps another lady then tells me he's going to page her again. I tell him forget it, he can help. Told him what I wanted and he wrung me up. In the meantime, here comes Jessica. She goes back to wrapping the appliance. Eventually she turns to Adam and asks "did you page me?" He said yeah, she said you were helping her. Jessica answers in the snottiest tone "well I went in the back to answer a question for somebody and get more tape." And goes back to wrapping the appliance. Adam finishes up, we go to the front, I paid for my washer. Adam was fantastic. Chris and Jake who delivered and installed my washer were awesome. I'd give them 5+ stars. Jessica who hates her job gets negative stars. I'm thankful for the great employees that Lowe's has that counteracted that one that shouldn't interact with people.

Good service and a large selection of Tools and patio furnishings to choose from. We have also enjoyed the plants we have purchased from their garden center. Their shipping department is fantastic and very responsive to inquiries.
