  Overall, they're nice and helpful. However, I had a terrible experience with replacing two old crowns. The temporaries kept failing. And when I finally got the crowns, they were way off. I had to get two other ones. And even those were not correct. The assistant tried to grind my perfectly healthy mating tooth instead of the crown n. The second set were okay but I will need to replace them this year. It does not cover the entire tooth so it still hurts. I went to another dentist and they showed me photos. Terrible job with the crowns. If you need your teeth clean, sure go here. If you need any actual work, don't go here.

  My first appointment at Lovett Dental Heights was with Dr. Michelle Aguilos. She was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and thorough. I can tell she really cares for her patients. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family.

  My daughter braces was done here which she wore a little over 2 years. For the most part staff was nice and friendly as well as always helpful. Ms. Sesha and Mirna were always available when needed and very knowledgeable about my daughter’s dental work.

  It was very impressed from the moment that I entered Lovett. I was greeted warmly by the doctor and staff that were by the front door. EVERYONE from start to finish was sincerely polite and professional. Great senses of humor as well :) For the first time I actually look forward to going back to the dentist. ROCK STARS ALL!!!! So I have returned for my 2nd and 3rd visits. Needed a crown. Brand new staff except for Jennifer who is simply awesome! The new staff is amazing. Trevor is easily the most laid back business pros you will encounter. Dr. A and her colleagues are equally amazing. They make you feel like family not customers. And they love to laugh. Dr. a is a perfectionist so she will not let you leave with anything else than she would do for her own family. I have already scheduled my next visit!!

  I came in today to repair a chipped tooth and received great service starting upon entry with Trevor who greeted me and made my appointment. He was able to answer my concerns before my visit. Once I got in the chair Dr. Aguilos aka Dr. A went over my options for treatment. The dental assistant was also very nice and attentive. They hooked me up. I was really down and depressed but they put a smile on my face and fixed my smile. She does excellent work and I experienced no discomfort. I certainly will be back for all future dental needs. Thanks again for everything.
