  Service great for measuring... Price was good too... except that I was not told that I needed to have the current shutters removed prior to installation... at age 79 am unable to do that...so was charged $25 per window for that service. Should have been told this at initial meeting.

  The good things were: 1. Donnie was really nice when he came out to measure. 2. Price was better than other estimates we got. 3. Turn around time was fairly fast compared to others. The bad things were: 1. The lady that runs this shop is the most hateful person I have ever purchased anything from. It was so bad that I finally asked my husband to please deal with her. When he took over dealing with her, he even said she was rude and very condescending. My husband has the patience of Job so for him to say that means something was way off. 2. They tell you that you can use a credit card to pay for your shutters. We wanted to do this to get our points (we spent 2K with them) and to have an extended protection on our blinds should they warp or something. They let me put the deposit on the card. Donnie told me I could call to schedule my appointment for installation once the shutters came in and then I could pay my balance via phone with my card. When I tried to do this, that hateful lady said I had to do cash or check only and I "should read my contract before I sign things". Then she also said "I suggest you find 996 in cash if you want your shutters installed." Had I have known I could not use my card for the balance, I would have paid for it all at the measurement. 3. Installers were less than friendly. Left my floor a mess with sawdust and several screws on the ground. We will be doing the rest of our house soon but we will not be using this shop. Very disappointing in the way we were treated. Sad because it was a good product.
