  The pizza was great and very good atmosphere. I almost did not want to go back because a few years ago I had got one of those frozen pizzas they have and I must have not made it right. But this was very good and I would,i back any time. Also the lunch special was great.

  It's good Chicago style pizza. The appetizers are good too but you won't need them unless you get a very small pizza. Decent beer selection. Very crowded, so come early or be prepared to wait. Great service, and they will phone you when you can be seated, so it's nice to be able to walk around along the street.

  Apparently Lou Malnati's is the place to go for pizza in Chicago. Multiple people recommended it so I figured I would give it a shot. I ordered "the Lou" deep-dish pizza and it did not disappoint! My friend got a basic thin and crispy cheese pizza, which she was nice enough to share, and it was also tasty. The pricing was also very reasonable. I didn't try any other pizza while in Chicago so I am not sure how it compares to other places in town but I left feeling very satisfied and if I am ever back in Chicago, I am definitely going back.

  My husband is obsessed with pizza so I have been to a lot of pizza places. This is hands down one of my favorites. Every time we come to Chicago we come to Lou Malnati's! The pizza is amazing and is just the right combination of crust, sauce and cheese! It is crowded usually and a little loud, but it's not that bad. We have never had to wait for a table. It does take about a half hour to prepare the pizza so be ready for that. The service is good too, drinks always filled and the food always comes out hot. If you are near one of the locations check them out!

  The food and service were both fantastic! I generally prefer New York style pizza, but I decided to try the deep dish since I was visiting Chicago. It was the best deep dish I've ever had, and the sauce especially was exceptional. Our waitress, Katie, was attentive, pleasant, and helpful. There was a very minor mistake with my order (I asked for basil, which they forgot to add before cooking the pizza). They realized before they sent it to our table, apologized, offered to remake the order, and even removed the pizza from our bill. They did all of this without me asking, as I was happy to just add fresh basil on top. This level of customer service shows pride in their food. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, and specifically this location, to anyone visiting Chicago.
