  As a veteran with severe PTSD, I can say with assurance, THIS yoga studio has improved my life and my practice. Every instructor brings a different ambiance into class and the energy is always healing. Thank you, ladies!!

  Took a core yoga class (which was more like Pilates) but loved that the instructor focused on warming us up before taking deep stretches. I am always skeptical about new studios but was impressed here.

  Love this place! Finding the right yoga studio is definitely a personal thing, but Lotus is it for me.

  Fantastic yoga studio! No mirrors and everyone is so nice! Jen is a phenomenal teacher :)
