  Even though I make salad rolls often to eat but it is nice to have Lotus Kitchen prepare a party tray of salad rolls for me when I don't have much time to make them myself. These salad rolls are so fresh tasting just like how I would make them. Banh mi here are also excellent! The baguette they use to make banh mi has a nice crisp on the outside and soft & chewy on the inside with thin dough so you can taste all that juicy yummy meat and crispy pickles rather than the doughy crumbly bread like most places. I love their frozen yogurt and all the exotic tropical fruit smoothies. Who would've thought that a deli inside Hong Phat Food Center can make so many gourmet and deliciously fresh food?
