  After our cruise trip when we came back one of our windows were BROKEN they only stole out sunpass. Then we told them to help us. Guess fricken what? THEY STARTED CURSING AT US we just left port with our car still cracked I WILL DESTROY THEM IF I EVER SEE ONE OF THERE STAFF! FIRE ALL OF THEM!!! And this was back on September 13 - 22 2014 In conclusion this company will always suck and NEVER go here

  i would give 0 stars if that were an option. i NEVER leave reviews on places, but this experience was so bad i had to. DO NOT park your car here...it took almost 2 hours from the time we got to the parking garage until we were in a shuttle going to the port. We ended up getting an uber from the port back to the garage because we watched the van pass us at the port and they only come every 30 minutes. They completely oversell spots compared to how many they actually have; cars were parked horizontally behind parked cars and this almost caused us to be blocked in to where we couldn't leave until the owner of the car parked behind us arrived. This was an overall very bad experience, NEVER parking here again.

  PLEASE DON'T RESERVE THIS PARKING, YOU WILL PAY FINALLY MUCH MORE FOR THE SERVICE!!! I just went on a cruise on January 15, 2016, and when I arrived there, the guy in charge told me that they are not taking reservation from this company because they just call this morning to let them know that this company is in bankrupty. He told me that I have to pay the whole amount and the $ 15.67 that I pay in advance. I need to call the company for a refund. He also asked me to pay in cash, so we can finish fast. It was raining a lot, I was driving in a bad weather, so I did what he suggested me. Of course, nobody answer the phone now, for a refund. So instead of pay $ 40.00 for my 3 day parking. I paid $ 55.00. I think they are trying to take advantage to the people that are in a rushing to get on the cruise and have fun.

  DO NOT PARK HERE!!! THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF!!! Sure it only costs $7/day to park there, but they charge an additional $7/person each way for their shuttle!!! Of course they don't tell you this up front! You find out after you've been standing on the side of the road in the smoldering heat for an hour, waiting for the shuttle! Then, they talk to you like you're an idiot for standing up for yourself and telling them that it should have been conveyed up front! (Telling me I'm still saving money by parking here or that I should have my husband drop us off at the ship and come back to park, so he only pays the $7 each way! My family of 5 would have cost $110 ($40+[(7*5)*2]). I then demanded my money back, he said "fine" but wouldn't give it to me although I had just handed him cash money!!! I ended up having to really show my ass, cussed the man like a dog, and dropped God only knows how many F-Bombs, until I FINALLY got my $40 back! The arguing/screaming back and forth with the guy continued all the way to my car! I then apologized to my children and made it very clear that they were to "learn a very valuable lesson today! NEVER let anyone take advantage of you!!!! Always stand up for yourself!!!" From there, we drove to the port and parked RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR SHIP, which was very convenient!!! Sure, it cost $80, but it's worth every penny!!! This place is a complete rip-off and cost me a few very valuable hours and unnecessary stress! I promised to review this business on EVERY POSSIBLE WEBSITE!!! Given the fact that there are so many bad reviews already, I may just file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I'm not sure if that's allowed given they don't currently owe me money, but I highly encourage all of you that are owed money by this company to file a report online with the Better Business Bureau! They will help you get your money back!

  Our first cruise out of Miami on Norwegian in Sept was a great experience and Premier Parking USA made it even more memorable. Everything about this company was hassle free. I called them and booked the slot and paid a very reasonable fee to park our car at the port for 3-days. Directions were great and there was no wait time before we were in the shuttle and off to the port. The return was the same. Upon arrival, I called them and they were there in less than the half hour they said they would be and dropped us back to the parking lot and off we drove went. We were so happy with the experience that I am telling everyone about them. Don't trouble people to drop and pick you up when you go on a cruise when we have this very reliable and efficient company that makes it all so easy and hassle free and at a great price!
