    Great company - great experience - will never build another house - "the old fashion way" - as it is very enneficient and takes way too long. OFF-Site Modular construction is a precision method to build a green, quality home in significantly less time. Permitting alone took 6 months less when building modular. The green aspects is very cool - less trash - more recylable material used in construction and less gas used by workers getting to multible job sites. Another benefit is the noise polution for neighborhood as the majority of the work is completed in ONE day!!!!!! Yes - I said ONE day - as the house is constructed off-site in a climate controlled plant - just like a car is built - by quality craftsman - and then the house was delivered and set in ONE day - it took about 30 days to do mostly interior finish work. It was actually a fun proccess.
