::Love their store and selections. Woodbridge Lord & Taylor is clean and friendly. But due to over stuffing their racks with too much clothing that its difficult to find sizes without hangers being tangled up or clothing dropping on to the floor. And there were not enough Check outs open, had to walk across the floor to only opened check out desk with long line. Check out ladies were friendly and provided coupons because I left mine at home.

::Horrible staff and selection. Except for the make-up counters. The staff there was wonderful. Everything else, complete garbage. I felt like I needed a shower after leaving.

::Worst shopping experience I've EVER had. I received a pair of slippers as a Christmas gift but they didn't fit. When I went to return them they didn't have a single pair of slippers in my size. I shopped around looking for something else but the store looked like it had been looted. I finally decided to just return the slippers. As expected I could only return for store credit but decided I could probably find something online when I got home. Well when I got home and found a pair of slippers I liked the website wouldn't let me check out with the gift card. I called to ask what the problem was and I was told the merchandise credit CAN ONLY BE USED IN THE STORE! The nearest store to me is 20 minutes away! I have a 7 month old baby and a full time business at home! I don't have the time to be running all over creation hoping that some store somewhere MIGHT have something I want to buy! And why wasn't I informed of this at the time of return?! This is a horrendous operation and I will NEVER shop here again.
