Awesome beer and service. Darker pub vibe and a bit quieter, but definitely a favorite spot. No food.

The beers are great! The fish fritters were also good, but the problem comes when you get a couple flights (no price on the menu) and when you pay you find out they are $25 each!! No mention from the bartender that you’re paying for 3 pints and you don’t get to choose your own flight?! 6 3oz pours for that price is out of line. I’ve been to over 100 breweries and had flights at most and this is the most egregious pricing scheme I’ve ever encountered. If not for the sneaky bilking in the flights this would have been a 4-5 star place.

I absolutely love this bar. Lately the last few times have been just an okay experience with the kitchen closed randomly and no outdoor seating after 6pm? Disappointing but still love the bar. Great beer, good food and generally great atmosphere and staff.

I’m torn between 4 and 5 stars but I’m going with 4. Will they bring you napkins with dinner? It’s a tossup. Is it so loud that you can barely hear the person next to you? Sometimes. BUT it is the cozy pub oasis you’re looking for in a mid-Cambridge desert of viable bar options and you will have a good time. The beers are good for sure. Also - if you’ve made it this far I had the first wild berry truly they ever served at this bar and here’s a picture

You know why all craft beers aren't the same? The passion behind the brews, the educating consultative relationship of the brewery staff, and the low-key welcoming vibe at the taproom. You know when you're in a world-class place from the gurus serving you. I wish I had more thumbs... 👍👍👍👍 Great job Lord Hobo!
