  We were looking to buy a home and after a terrible experience elsewhere, I stumbled upon Long Tide Homes. I looked at the various different homes online and we contacted them as soon as we found a few we liked. We went and looked at the home and filled out an application. We dealt with Clint, who was very honest with us and didn't tell us any false information or suddenly change the policy unlike other companies we dealt with! We knew from the very beginning what needed to be done, what we might have to do and approximately how much we may need. Nothing changed. Communication was good and although it was a long process, that had nothing to do with Long Tide at all. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a home and may have some credit issues as well as inexperience in this, to go to Long Tide. They went out of their way to help us and now we are happy to be moving into our first house!! Thank you Long Tide!
