  I ordered the shaved prime rib sandwich and it was okay, but it was slightly cold when it should be hot and the bread was hard. my girlfriend ordered a steak medium well and had to send it back twice due to the first time being well done and the second time coming out almost still raw on the inside. If you call yourself a steakhouse, you should be able to cook a steak properly the first time without any problems. Also we were there for almost an hour and neither of us got a single refill for our drinks when I asked the waiter twice for it. The waiter seemed to have an attitude towards us after we sent the steak back the first time. Not sure if I'll be coming back to this location after this experience. At this point I would recommend Texas Roadhouse over Longhorn Steakhouse to anyone who is looking for a great steak and friendly and prompt waiter service.

  Update: 3/2018 Sadly, their service and quality has gone down severely. They used to be so good but something has changed. Last 2 visits within 60 days have been horribly bad. Manager Ken McBride did at least try to fix the latest issue but unless they make drastic personnel changes, we will not be back. Very sad because this was our favorite place! Original Review 2017 Always great food and great service. One of the best steakhouses in Omaha!

  Great food, pretty good service. Only issue I had was despite it being fairly empty when we went our service was pretty slow and the waitress that did end up bringing things out was not ours. Still, good food and I will definitely go again!

  Rebekah was awesome! I wish I had more servers like her working with my cooks! She was attentive and confidently offered food and drink suggestions. Our food was tasty, although my salad was quite overdressed. My steak was also a little heavy on the pepper medley, though fantastically cooked. Calamari was delicious. The loaded baked potato was good. The potato itself was good quality produce and handled well. My mango margherita was yummy and an awesome suggestion by Rebekah. The manager could have smiled a bit more.

  The service was great, even when they got extremely busy. We we're told that our wait would be 20 min to a half hour but we were seated in a little over 10 min. The waiter was very helpful and attentive. Our biggest complaint was the food. The prime rib, the main reason that we chose this place, was very tough and bland. The sweet potato and mixed veggies were like warm. I understand when they are busy it might slow things down and the sides can cool off some but that doesn't excuse the prime rib. A properly cooked prime rib should almost melt in your mouth, not almost make you choke because you have to chew it so long.
