  This is the second time I used LI Vineyard Tours and it was just as great as the first time! They never let me down. Julie was so helpful, professional and funny! She actually remembered me from last year. She makes booking our tour easy, smooth and fun. Last time, we had Roberto, he was an awesome driver! This time, our party was bigger and we had John; he was just as great. They help guide your day and let you know when to leave so you don't go overtime. The lunch was really good and convenient to have everything done for us. Looks like this will be an annual trip for us!! I wouldn't use anyone else! Thank You LI Vineyard Tours and I will see you in October for my bachelorette party!!!!!

  Stay away from this company! Horrible experience and even worse customer service! We had booked a bus for 20 people and were told the night before that it was going to be a limo and that they're "interchangeable ". 19 people, many who are over six feet and two pregnant ladies! However this was only the first problem. The air conditioner was not working either! After leaving the first vineyard we sat in traffic for an hour in the sweltering limo when we asked how much longer, only to find out it would still be almost another hour til we got there. The driver was trying to do the right thing and offered to take us back to the first vineyard and to give us credit for lunch and the wine flights we would miss . Then we got a call from the horrible owner or employee who was cursing at us and telling us that we had to go to the next two vineyards and could not go back to the first one. Worst experience! Stay away from this unprofessional disgusting company! Refused to give us any money back or even apologize- we did not receive lunch or our two other vineyard flights!!!!

  !THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING DAY! My friends and I could not have been more happy with the outcome. Julie, you are absolutely the greatest! From out first hello I knew I was going to love you! I truly hope you join is on our next trip! (If you do bring your dispatcher Jimmy what a funny guy!) The second we stepped into sleek sexy and very beautiful Chrysler 300, our day was made.. You picked the perfect driver. Paulie could not have been more fun! The three wineries you suggested, Pugliese Vineyard, Baiting Hollow, and Vineyard 48 were fantastic! You guys did everything and more to make our experience memorable! I will see you in the spring for another trip!..

  Had the MOST amazing time with my friends back in the Summer with LI Vineyard Tours. Just found out that I just used them to go see the Christmas Tree at Rockefeller Center in New York City right before the New Year. Their parent company is Metro Limousine Service. I HIGHLY recommend them in Long Island. There Limos and Party Buses are really nice and we had a Beautiful Stretch Chrysler Limousine. Thank You for a Lovely time.
