  I went into the store in Massapequa for a clamp for my gas blower. They sold me a basic clamp for $7 . I commented how expensive it was but I needed it badly and I was in a hurry. I left but knew I got robbed so I brought the clamp right back for a refund. I went up the block and bought the same exact clamp for .89 cents. In my opinion they are a bunch of crooks because there were three men behind the counter who heard what went down. I will never go back there again and I told most of my neighbors how they tried to rob me. PS. The guy who helped me said $7 took my money and gave me no receipt.

  Always have parts in stock. Even when I need speciality parts, they come in right away. Super friendly service. They know their stuff. Repairs are done quickly. All around great service.

  Went to purchase parts for a pressure washer, which it turns out I didn't have the right part number for. The staff, intimately familiar with all of their products, helped me help them understand what part I needed. They even recommended a part I didn't realize I needed until I got home and tried to do the repair myself! Friendly, professional, and prices roughly equal to online. The difference from online though? The service! These guys are my family's go-to for all equipment parts, and are just as good as the Hicksville location which we're more familiar with.
