  5 stars guys! George Papantoniou helped us get the perfect GTI and at a price we could not walk away from. We went to 2 other dealerships in NY/Li and they were asking for almost double! Thank you again George for your honest and trusting advice when anyone else would be quick to take advantage.

  Matthew Lopez is a great salesperson. He allowed me to feel 100% comfortable when leasing my car with him. I know I can trust Matthew. With just a few questions he knew exactly what I wanted and got me into my lease with low payments and it is something I definitely wanted. Buying a car is not an easy process at all but he made that one of the best and easiest experiences so far. Once my lease is up I will definitely come back and get a new lease with him at LIC Volkswagen. Matthews quality of work is amazing, you can tell he has experience and wants to get you the best deal possible. Thank you Matthew!

  The experience I had here was one of a kind! The environment is so welcoming for my family and I. This was our first time coming in to purchase a vehicle and Yesenia the sales person walked through every step thoroughly so that we can understand everything little detail of our purchase. I have never received such great care like this before.

  Excellent care and customer service at this dealership. I spoke to various different locations and none were able to help me or provide what I was asking for until I met Yesenia at Long Island City Volkswagen. Yesenia was an incredible help at finding the car I and the deal I was looking for. She was very informative, kind, respectful and caring. She provided me with all the information necessary to make a decision and was easy to contact in order to ask any questions along the way. She helped to make the process of getting my first lease a stress free one. I highly recommend Yesenia. She made the process very exciting as well.
