  We've visited this restaurant and have been satisfied with the service until today. We ordered and after waiting for 20 minutes for our food and tables around us getting their food even though they got there after us, we asked if there was a problem. We had already been told twice that our order was almost out. We finally were told there was a problem with our ticket after we questioned having to wait now 40 minutes. 5 minutes after our order of a salad, grilled chicken and a steak came out. Chicken was cold where it had been sitting for some time and the steak was missing one of the sides. They offered to correct the order but we decided to leave not wanting to wait more than the 45 minutes we had already waited. The restaurant was half empty at the time.

  Great food and great service! Waitress (Jazmine) was very helpful and took her time to check on us! Excellent environment! Had a great time with my beautiful wife! Will return soon!!! Loved it!

  Great food. Easy to get to location with plenty of parking. Handicap accessible parking and ramp. Tvs for sports watching. Bar and mix drinks available. A variety of meals from steaks to salads, flavored drinks and tasty desserts. The only thing I didn't like is the mess from the peanuts. Suppose to eat them from the table and chunk the mess on the floor. # if you have a peanut allergy beware # they are everywhere.

  We went to have a good steak. 630 in the evening and our waiter Dominique tells us they have no sirloin or pork chops. Well we picked the new York strip. I have to say it was all delicious. Dominic was very attentive. THANK you Dominic !

  Bad experience turns into a great experience My past experiences have always been pleasant. Today 1-31-2018 between the hrs of 6pm to 8:30pm we were at Logan's to celebrate my son's marriage. My wife's, my cousin's, and my self's dinner were extremely late and other people in our party were not up to Logan's standards. Aside from late our meals were cold to the touch. The manager was notified and she rectified the matter in a manner that was more than satisfying. Myself, my wife, my son and his family will continue to enjoy your establishment in the future. You manager turned a bad experience into a very positive one. I will continue to recommend Logan's Roadhouse to everyone.
