  The restrooms are consistently disgusting and the lot is in terrible shape. They are clearly just taking advantage of the drivers just like uber and Lyft. The potholes are so intense that you can actually lose a suspension system trying to navigate it. Those are my honest thoughts and shame on whoever is responsible for the lot.

  To many pot holes, the parking lot needs to be leveled and repaved, dot/airport staff like to slow the flow of drivers entry/exit at random times providing longer wait times for the Lyft/Uber customers. This creates a line of drivers which loose there spot in the que. Which in turn makes drivers race and cut in line to enter the parking lot upsetting other patient drivers. The port a pottys are always overly full and discussing. There must be a better system for the customers, drivers, and DOT? Someone should look into a solution.... I used to like the long airport rides. Know it's more of a pain on some days then it's worth!

  Horrible cell reception. Got kicked out of queue multiple times. A coffee and snack station would be awesome.

  I drive for Lyft. The lot is offten over full with drivers. Some are in way to much of a hurry and drive way to fast. The attendants are rude and offten change the traffic pattern in the lot to make it harder to get in and out when the airport is busy. This doesn't help the frustrated drivers or frustrated passengers that have to wait in the freezing cold while they play with the flow. The lot has it's plusses and it's minuses I guess. Sometimes it pays to pick up at Logan and sometimes it's just a hassle!

  I was very happy to see the addition of bathroom facilities accessible to the rideshare drivers. Other than that, it's a parking lot, so not much to say. It's probably low on their list for re-paving, but that would probably be enough for me to 5-Star.
