  Our flight left from gate A8. There were no where near enough outlets in the gate seating area. Only a few at the front, and person after person came into the seating area looking for outlets only to find them not available. Any modern airport needs outlets and charging stations throughout passenger waiting areas.

  Early Delta flight. Easy check in and the security agents were fast and respectful. Taking Concord Coach made things even easier

  Security lines are usually really fast. All staff are super professional, and they politely guide you through all steps and if you don't know English, you won't be lost for sure. Very clean and nice airport, I fly frequently and never spent more than 20 min in line, neither at A or E terminal.

  It's a cute little airport. You walk right out to the road from the gates, basically. They've made it easy to meet your Lyft, at least at terminal A. We had to wait longer than I'd have liked to get to our gate on arrival, which was annoying, but maybe that's Delta's fault, I dunno. Logan is pretty much the only airport for several states around, so you don't have a whole lot of choice, so you'd better like it, however many stars it has. The bathroom was clean and had the long stalls so you can bring your bags in easily. I didn't eat or linger much, so I can't comment on that in the arrival, but may add based on my departure. I checked the lounge situation and there are several eligible for Priority Pass despite the airport's small size, so that's nice.

  Terminal A is the newest and cleanest terminal in Boston. Like most of Boston, it is compact for a major airport. ( Large if you are from a small City) The food options range from Legal Seafood to DD and fresher food at the market kitchen. The security process all depends on the time of day. It can be slow at peak time or very fast at 9:00 am like today.
