::I’ve lived in Tulsa for almost 3 years now and I’ve been coming to this location since I moved here. I’ve always been welcomed and treated like a valued customer by the team. Love how close the location is so I don’t have to hit the mall!

::Horrible customer service. The employees at this location would much rather fold clothes and take inventory than assist customers. The older lady working the counter today when I visited was annoyed that I asked for a price check, and that was after she tried to ignore my presence. Then, as I was making my purchase, she attempted small talk but became personally offended when I declined to donate money to their chosen charity. She then tossed my bag onto the counter and immediately turned to the next guest, practically throwing the bag at me. I used to shop here years ago, and the service was excellent! Some of the employees would even remember me when I came in. I think from now on I'll make the trek out to the mall location. The Utica Square location is in desperate need of an employee overhaul.

::I have visited this store in Utica Square on 3 different occasions over the past 2 months. On all 3 trips I spent roughly 10-20 minutes looking around. NOT ONCE has any worker asked me if they could help me or what I was looking for. Not a single visit has an employee even acknowledged my presence at all. I have never been greeted upon entering nor spoken to as I leave. The one time one of the employees DID talk to me was on my second visit. I asked if they had a particular pant in my size. In a flat voice she replied, "no," and walked away. I've never experienced such poor service at any other Loft. I am in shocked they are still surviving with customer service like that.

::My experience at The Loft was beyond amazing, I had shop before there but this time was special. Lindsey helped me return a skirt & not she only help me Lindsey went beyond to help me meet my needs. Go and ask for this amazing girl.
