  First, they have a few entirely separate departments. If you need help in one department, you cannot get it from an employee of a different department. If there is a line at the plumbing counter and you want to check out...you can't go to the electrical counter. You just have to wait. If you absolutely need your part right NOW, go here...they have almost anything you'll need for your project. They also have someone there who can help you find it...after you wait 15 - 20 minutes in line behind every just-finished-smoking-their-3rd-pack-this-morning plumber in town who can't remember their PO number. Also you will PAY considerably more for this lovely experience in cold hard cash. If the big-box hardware stores carry the part, Locke will only be about double the cost. If the box stores don't carry the part, get ready to fork over the green. If you can, just order your parts online and wait the day or two. Your wallet will thank you, your nostrils will thank you.

  As a plumbing contractor I have dealt with this store for over 25 years and have been very satisfied with the quality of service and courtesy of the employees. All they need is a popcorn machine and a '5 items or less' sales counter and it would be perfect!!

  This may be the correct address but these are not the correct hours. They close at 5:00 on weekdays, not 5:30. If you try to go running in at 5:10 you'll bounce off the doors because they won't open and the people inside will wave you away like you're a fly at their barbecue and you'll look down and see it posted right there, 7:30-5:00 M-F, 7:30-noon Sat, closed Sun. I'll be able to comment on service and availability tomorrow, if I can get there before 5:00.

  THIS IS THE RIGHT ADDRESS. Who ever wrote the first review is a knucklehead! The address is correct and if you zoom in it moves the pinpoint to precisely where Locke is. Furthermore, if you use the satellite view you can even see the store with in the shopping center. Knucklehead!!!
