  Staff was friendly and speedy. Food came out quick. A bit expensive for what you get but tasty. Portions are filling if you're just wanting an appetizer.

  Had both the mixed lobster roll and the Mac n Cheese. The roll was not spectacular for the cost. The Mac n Cheese was pretty good. No need to order extra fries...a little goes a long way. Service was meh.

  I should know better than to expect much in a Mall, but this place was an expensive disappointment. The unfriendly service should have tipped us off, but we were there and hungry. Wife and I shared New England Clam Chowder and a Lobster Roll. The Clam Chowder was a joke, not sure what canned brand it was, but it sure wasn't very tasty. Although the lobster meat was OK (unless under or over cooked, it's pretty hard to mess up lobster), the roll was nothing special and overall the experience is one I'd never repeat.

  I've been there twice and I actually enjoyed the lobster-crab mix roll with seasoned fries. It was good. It was expensive but otherwise No complaints...I say give them a try. A little advice: Eat there in the afternoon like around 130-230 Never eat seafood as soon as a place opens. Trust me!

  For a $24 lobster roll, it was surprisingly underwhelming. I mean, how do you go wrong with lobster? And the place was busy so the lobster should have been fairly fresh. But the meat was dry and bland. I ordered the mayo topping but just got the butter chive topping. At least, I saw the chives, but I could not taste any butter at all. When you're paying SO much, it has to be so much better. Waffle fries were tasty but soft, likely freshly made from fresh potatoes. I prefer crispy but whatever, at least it had taste. Random note: The roll is really hard to eat coz it's top heavy with lobster and everything falls out when you turn it sideways. First world problems I guess.
