  Rachel at Beard's Lloyd Center is an incredibly helpful and smart, with a good eye in helping me decide on a frame for a pen and ink drawing I had done for my son. Very pleased and plan on using her again shortly for another illustration for my granddaughter.

  Extremely helpful, respectful and knowledgeable staff. I brought a tiny painting that was sentimental to my grandmother and the frame was falling apart. It was too small for any frames that were available, but the staff immediately suggested using a foam backing to offset the painting inside a larger frame. They made positive comments about the painting and kept up a delightful conversation throughout the process and made me feel welcomed and heard. The framing was finished on schedule and I got a call to let me know about it. The end result was lovely! My grandmother is completely pleased with it and comments on it frequently to this day.

  I was in a pinch to get a piece framed for a gift and it was my first time at this store. I needed it for Valentine’s day with a same-day turnaround time. Not only was the employee able to do it but she was very helpful in providing me all the available options and brainstorming with me. It came back exceptionally well done. I don’t recall her name but I believe she was the store manager; a true asset to the company. This will be my go to for all future framing needs because of my experience.

  Rachel at the Lloyd Center Beard’s & her colleagues did a wonderful job of framing a very old stained glass window for me. This square window matched two smaller rectangular ones that another Beard’s store had framed almost 20 years ago. She spent considerable time searching current frame options for, if not a match, at least a good blend for this one. I feel the price was reasonable given the rather unique ways in which the frame had to be made. Thank you all!!

  Excellent service! Worked with me to look through a variety of samples that fit my budget. Faster-than-expected turnaround and fantastic work. My jaw dropped when we opened up my custom order poster framed. 10/10 would recommend!
