  The sales clerks here are incredibly helpful! I love shopping here because it's so much more convenient than ordering from the catalogue and waiting for your clothes to ship. The store is massive, and they always have a wide selection of sizes and color options. Coming here is dangerous because I always want to buy everything!

  Amazing telephone assistance. Hoped LLB in City itself. Infirmed and cannot drive, presently. Woman answering call is from Manhattan and able to answer all my questions about getting to Yonker shoppe. Plus, helped with what was in that shopping area. Wonderful! Gracious! Hospitable. The excellence started before I even left home for the store. Thank you!

  What is there to say about L.L. Bean? They have a wonderful assortment of clothing that is all high quality. They do not skimp on anything. If you like the style, everything they sell is great, and all of their clothes fit consistently. A men's small is a men's small no matter the style.

  They couldn't have been more helpful! I came in with my favorite hiking shoes whose undersides had crumbled due to age, asking if it was possible to repair them. Even though the shoes were beyond repair, they gave me a gift card for the original purchase price and did everything they could to connect me with a new pair that meets my needs. Highly recommend!
