  Anya is a fantastic yoga instructor! I’m so lucky that I met her - she is a professional, talented teacher as well as very understanding and nice person! Her approach is very personalized, even when the class is for a group of people. Being in Anya’s class is always a very rewarding experience.

  Anya is a seasoned and high energy instructor. She designs her work out sessions according to individual needs. She stresses a lot on core-strength exercises. She is very knowledgeable and gives great tips on nutrition and diets. I have been working out with her for about a year now, and believe me - you will always tear a new muscle in her class. She will keep you in shape!

  I would recommend Anya in a heartbeat having also met and trained with other trainers. She makes it fun and enjoyable to train with and is very motivating and encouraging! So if motivation, flexibility, and a personal approach is what your looking for in a PT then Anya is the one for you!

  Exercise keeps you fit and healthy and it's not just about losing weight. That is something I learnt from Anya. She encourages us to strive to do our best without making us feel pushed. After a class with her, we feel refreshed and invigorated! Her classes are challenging yet fun.

  Anya is the best! She pushes you to work harder and addresses your concerns. You always leave her class feeling like you did something good for yourself. Even in the multiple participant class setting, she makes sure she guuides you to do something s differently depending on your condition if you discuss with her ahead of time. I highly recommend her for your fitness needs!
