  My wife just paid $10 for food and a drink and did not like the food after taking a bite. The manager refused to refund her money. Never will we get anything from here again

  Nothing to write home about. The rice was cold and of all the varieties of sushi on the menu, there was only one available. The workers behind the counter could not tell me what was in any of the entrees. One worker plainly told me: I just work here, I don't eat the food. Terrible attitude towards your customers. I will not return.

  Its heartbreaking to me that after reading the comments before posting my own experience the comment I have for one is the same.. A poor review secondly nothings changed obviously since the people before me commented poor expirences. I went January 10th 2018 at 7:00 pm the three females working there were all unprofessional and showed 0% customer service. I ordered the 7.49 special plus 2.50 to make it a combo with drink and eggroll and asked to add shrimp as a substitute instead of regular fried rice. Well I got charged 14.00 and change total which they charged me a drink seperate when it was supposed to be included and didnt get an eggroll as advertised. I tried on two occasions to explain that I felt I was over charged for 1 plate and explained the drink and eggroll situation on top of that; the three teamed staff had a demenor like I as a customer that wasnt correct that they were justified in charging me the way they felt and didnt give my order they way it was ordered. They didnt make any efforts to change anything or make my expierience better the three employees just kept explaining over eachother again and again how they were right and painted a picture that i was wrong and this incident was my fault. Im sorry but from a restaurant auditors perspective I saw employees represent themselves, the restaurant and their management as poor and unsatisfactory across the board. I will never dine at this restaurant ever again and will make sure this comment is posted in other public places.

  The workers (two females) made out and rubbed all over each other at the counter. In front of a mall full of young children. Including my own. It was completely unprofessional to do that at a place of business.

  My elderly friend was served cold food. She didn't know until after she paid. We went back to ask for a refund and they told her that everyone knows it's cold at this time and no refunds. I asked for the employee's names and they refused to give them to me. It was 3 young ladies. I asked for a corporate number and the staff told me they didn't have one. I said I will try to find it and they said good luck with that. I am highly upset and disappointed in this establishment and I wouldn't recommend anyone eating there. This happened 06/15/2017 around 8:45 ish.
