I love the food here, it's a small and quaint shop. The lemon ricotta pancakes are worth a try, the corned beef hash was a little dry though. Our server was super nice but she kept forgetting about us. It did take a little while to get our food.

Looking for a quaint place to relax with some coffee and a snack? Look no further. Delicious snacks and drinks in a quiet spot on South Street.

A great spot with delicious food and friendly staff. I've been here a few times for an early breakfast and I am never disappointed.

5 stars to the staff who were extremely friendly and hospitable. It’s unfortunate that the wait time is ridiculously long - it took 40 minutes for this dish to come out of the kitchen. Our server had realised and brought out two muffins on the house which was definitely a very kind gesture! Once the food came out, the overall taste of the food was average, a touch too much salt - that said, everything is fairly priced and it’ll set you back only $12 for a breakfast dish, coffee and tip.

The Little Spoon Cafe on South Street reminds me of some great places I ate in Brooklyn. Their menu has a nice assortment of breakfast/brunch/lunch comfort foods like biscuits and gravy, grilled cheese, cheese grits and a lot of eggs, waffles, and pancakes scattered in with salads and sandwiches. There’s literally something for everyone. I had the cheddar chive pancakes with a side of bacon on my last visit. Also a cup of Aztec Hot Chocolate because it was dreary outside and that’s what you do. It can be busy for brunch so expect a wait, but the food and service is worth it. Also it closes early so make sure you give yourself time to enjoy your meal and not feel rushed.
