  Honestly can't say I remember a whole lot about the restaurant itself. This trip to SA was to meet my birth mother for the very first time!! We stopped here to eat after we met up on the way her ranch. I didn't pay much attention to the meal, I was to busy trying to take in the fact that I'd actually found my birth mom!! The good was good, I think & I do remember seeing all the area ranches noted on the walls. It was pretty neat. Next time, I'll pay more attention to what's worth reviewing!!

  I love this place. Great service and everyone is very nice and pleasant. We went on 3-13-2018, to celebrate my nephews 54th birthday. We had approximately 35 people in our group. They are very accommodating with plenty of space for large groups. We were treated with respect and kindness. We were never rushed from the time we walked in until the time we left. Excellent service. I had the chopped steak with brown gravy and baked potato. It was very flavorful and cooked to perfection. The baked potato was so large, it could have been a meal all on its own. My husband had a country fried steak with cream gravy. The portion size was large as well. Others had, a cheese steak sandwich, grilled chicken breast, and steaks. All were delicious. The employees came over to sing Happy Birthday, to my nephew, also. It was a great experience. Even though we had a large group, our food all arrived at the same time, and we didn't have to wait a long time. There were a lot of customers dining in but, they were still prompt in getting our food to us. I highly recommend, Little Red Barn restaurant. Always a great experience dining at this long time, well known restaurant.

  First time and will be the last time I will eat there. Waitress was slow, unattentive did not get bread when we sat down. I had to flag her down several times to get our drinks. Food came out cold, took for ever get our check. For spending 100$ on dinner I expected better service and a good meal. If the place was busy I could have been more patient. Go to outback, Texas road house any place would be better. Price to service and quality not worth spending your money...Bathroom!!! Place is a big facility, but there bathroom is substandard only 1 urinal.

  Nice early evening visit. Greeted when we walked in and salads were brought to the table as we sat down. Party of 5 with two kids additionally put us at a bigger table but the waitress was on it and made the sit down easy. We mostly ordered different foods and all of it was good. I had the chopped steak and it was a little overdone for the medium I ordered but was still moist and very flavorful. Good sides, large portions, and fast service were the trademarks of a good experience. Everyone commented on how much they enjoyed it. A little pricey for good plain food but I would definitely do it again.

  So usually I love this place. I don't know what was going on with the waitress last night. She never introduced herself. Our food was cold and rare instead of well done. I had to request a refill for my drink my drink. She bought us a ticket without asking us if we wanted dessert so I had to tell her I wanted dessert so she could take back the ticket. Even then her snippy attitude left a lot to be desired. I'm not saying I'm never going to go here again because I love the place I just hope I never get her again.
